Organisasi Keselamatan Kebakaran (OKK)
A Need for Compliant to Fire Safety Regulations
Under the Fire Services Act 1988, the Organisasi Keselamatan Kebakaran (OKK) serves as a building’s internal first line of defense. As of January 2026, this internal organization is a strict prerequisite for the issuance and renewal of a Fire Certificate (FC). The OKK bridges the gap between daily hazard monitoring and professional firefighting response.
Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
One (1) certified individual responsible for the building’s total fire safety system and strategic planning.
Fire Safety Officer (FSO)
A minimum of three (3) trained personnel dedicated to daily monitoring, equipment maintenance, and emergency response.
